  Terrible customer service from the guys in the service department. They make a mistake in giving you the wrong part when you tell them a specific model number, then expect you to cover the difference when you have to go all the way back to get the right one. Not much of a small town business ethic left, if they're willing to screw a customer over small price differences when it was their mistake, then I guess big box stores will have to get the business instead. Not ever going back.
